ENV 303 - Citizen Participation and Community Dynamics This course examines the components that make a community work. Case studies and local projects are studied to find out how communities function and what makes them unique. Since citizen participation operates at the most fundamental level of American democracy, students are also introduced to the communication tools and techniques for resolving conflict and building consensus.
