The theory of test construction and validation. Topics covered include intelligence testing, personality assessment, performance appraisal, skills tests, structured interviews, surveys, and other data gathering instruments.

Prerequisite(s): PSY 101  and previous or concurrent PSY 301  & PSY 304 .
