INT 260 - Foundations of Leadership Foundations of Leadership and Citizenship introduces students to the study of leadership, social change, and service learning from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The course explores leadership in relation to individuality, group dynamics, social justice, and community engagement. Through readings, case studies, reflective journals, and group work, students examine leadership as an inclusive, relational process through which individuals, organizations, and systems can create social change. This course culminates in a portfolio demonstrating the students’ personal assessment and experiential understanding of leadership and citizenship.
