POL 382 - Constitutional Law

Analyzes major U.S. Supreme Court decisions in order to understand development of law regarding powers of national government. Addresses judicial review, federalism, separation of powers, national authority over commerce, and constitutional protection of property. Prereq(s): POL 160 or POL 161 or consent. Suitable for non-majors.
