REL 360 - Sex, Violence, Religion

This course focuses on the construction of sexual and gendered identities in the West, and how these relate to violence and religion. Working with Foucault and Norbert Elias, the class will identify how sex is deployed in Western cultures especially in relationship to Religious discourse.
