Managing Hospitality Organizations is designed to study the unique characteristics, challenges, and quantitative techniques associated with managing organizations. It is a study of the principles and applications of hospitality management and how they can be used in managing any service organization to successfully provide the experience customers expect.  

Prerequisite(s): BUS 245  (Minimum grade ‘C’ required)
