This course provides an introduction to “Negotiation Fundamentals” and, as a corollary, explores communication dynamics. Among other things, students will learn the following key concepts and skills:
• Conflict management.
• Strategic approaches to negotiation.
• Psychological aspects of negotiation.
• Communication in negotiation.
• Negotiation in global business.
• Negotiation best practices.
