CMH 350 - Health Behavior Theories

Students will engage with social and behavioral theories and frameworks that are relevant to community health practice. Students will learn the concepts fundamental to the understanding of human health behavior and to guide development of efforts to tackle major public health problems and make social change. We will use an ecological framework to examine theories and models at multiple levels of the social ecology, focusing on applications that will impact health at the community and individual levels.
