BUS 352 - Customer Experience Management Credit(s): 4 Course examines Customer Experience Management (“CXM”) as an emerging key business process for B2C enterprises. Explores the understanding, design, enablement, and measurement of customer interactions throughout the customer’s journey with a company’s products. Students will learn and practice customer journey mapping and CXM process design via analysis of well-known brands.
Prerequisite(s): BUS 245 (Grade of “C” or better required); Third- or fourth-year standing required.
