BUS 352 - Customer Experience Management

Course examines Customer Experience Management (“CXM”) as an emerging key business process for B2C enterprises. Explores the understanding, design, enablement, and measurement of customer interactions throughout the customer’s journey with a company’s products. Students will learn and practice customer journey mapping and CXM process design via analysis of well-known brands.

Prerequisite(s): BUS 245  (Grade of “C” or better required); Third- or fourth-year standing required.
