This course explores the social determinants of health, examining how non-clinical factors (i.e., the conditions in which we are born, grow, learn, work, live, and age) influence our health. Students will understand social drivers through a systems-thinking perspective, analyze disparities, and evaluate policies to promote a connected and healthier society.
