PHI 310 - Existentialism Links existentialism and phenomenology, two similar European movements of late 19th and 20th century. Tackles Nietzsche, Kierkegaard, Sartre, Jaspers, Husserl, and Heidegger. Discusses fundamental existential problems – meaning of life, nature and priority of self – as well as phenomenological method. Prerequisite(s): PHI 231 or instructor consent.
