PHI 311 - Philosophy of Science Analyzes presuppositions, methods, and leading concepts of natural sciences. Questions notions of truth and progress in science. Investigates how scientific account of the world relates to everyday understanding of life. Prerequisite(s): Completion of one PHI course or instructor consent. Recommended for science majors.
