Sociology MajorMeet the Faculty The Sociology Program at Rollins College consists of a rigorous curriculum designed to promote sociological literacy and engaged citizenship; to enhance students’ awareness and understanding of twenty-first century social problems, including the enduring presence of class, race, and gender inequalities; and to cultivate among students the theoretical and methodological skills to investigate the connections between individuals and society, and the possibilities for social change. Students interested in the major/minor should consider beginning with any 100-level course or SOC 201. |
