The Early Advantage MBA Program is a 16-20-month program for recent graduates/students with little-to-no work experience. Designed to give graduates an early career advantage in the workplace, the program emphasizes real-world projects, consulting projects, cases, required internships, and a two-semester integrated capstone experience. Students also participate in a week-long international trip.
Please note that not all courses listed are offered every year, courses listed may be dropped from the curriculum, and new courses not listed may be added to provide instruction in the latest management topics.

Foundation (3 Courses)
Complete three (3) credits as follows. Core (13 Courses)
Complete 31.5 credits as follows. Integrating (4 Courses)
Complete 7.5 credits as follows. Electives (12 credits)
Students must take a total of 12 credits. Courses can be 1.5 or 3 credits. Concentrations (Optional)
Students have the option to complete a single (9 credit hours) or a dual (18 credit hours) in the following areas: - Business Analytics
- Finance (FIN)
- Entrepreneurship* (ENT)
- Marketing* (MKT)
Concentration Policies - Elective courses are not offered each semester or academic year.
- Each elective can only count toward one concentration.
- Only one consulting project may be taken for a total of 3 credit hours.
- Only one travel elective course can towards an INTL concentration.
- *Completion of these concentrations is not guaranteed and is subject to availability of the courses.
Business Analytics (3 Courses)
Compete nine (9) credits from the following. Students may count FIN 611 or MKT 614 as one of the required three courses. Entrepreneurship (3 Courses)
Compete nine (9) credits from the following. Finance (3 Courses)
Compete nine (9) credits from the following. Students may a count a maximum of three credits from the following: ACCT 614, ECO 601, ENT 613 or INTL 603. |
