SPN 337 - Performing Identity: Hispanic Theatre Today


Analysis of Hispanic culture and identity as presented through several theatrical plays and performances in the Spanish-speaking U.S. and Latin America. Explores the concepts of self-identity, nation/narration and “performativity” during the 20th and 21st centuries. Taught in Spanish. Prereq(s): SPN 301    or instructor consent.
