MGT 557 - Executive Leadership: CEO Academy

The CEO Academy is a forum in which students engage directly with chief executives about various aspects of building, shaping, sustaining, and leading an organization. Invited senior leaders engage students in conversations on strategic topics and lessons learned for creating and sustaining value in organizations. Executives share insights into how they address business-model innovations, technologies, and practices that will become “game changing” in their industry, how they inspire others to contribute to their vision, and how they deal with obstacles and develop resilience in the face of setbacks. This course connects theory and practice, fostering students’ personal, professional, and network development. Students acquire the skills needed to navigate complex environments and create value for their organizations, employees, customers, and communities.
